Infinite Spiral

The work conveys ideas of movement, change, and transformation as experienced by a person who is displaced or is compelled to migrate. The change in the color of dots from white, grey, and black, indicates both physical and psychological instability. The work is based on drawings generated through a process of combining mathematical theories of the Fibonacci number series with the golden ratio. The artist often uses mathematical ideas to convey complex contemporary realities.
