Seamlessness

Seamlessness For the past few months, I have been investing some time on Yog and learning various techniques of balancing physical as well as mental self. Through various asanas one tries to synchronize oneself with the external energy. What we achieve at the end of each session is just a modicum of the concealed bliss which is yet to be unraveled. I am always thinking about the ultimate feeling of this process which only a few could attain. I believe that it would be a state where one would merge seamlessly into infinity. Yoga has been a transforming experience indeed.
