Poisonous

Poisonous After a lot of contemplation on what could classify as poisonous, I realized that for me and for a lot of people, over-thinking could be most venomous. An idle-mind is prone to over-thinking, thinking about things that are mostly non-existent. This chain of thoughts leading to a mind overwhelmed with anxiety, fear, stress, and sadness.
