Angels on High
International Shipping at nominal charges. Shipped Rolled.
Do angels exist? One always wonders. What would they be doing all day long?
No school, no job, no social-media. Maybe just flying around, playfully in the skies.
Inspired by Rafael’s famous Cherubs, this work depicting an imaginary scene of playful angels is also reminiscent of our childhood days, those days of carefree living, those days where everything was so simple. The artist’s wish to go back to those times.

Benny Dsa
Benny D’sa is a contemporary visual artist based in Bangalore, specializing in a captivating blend of surrealism and semi-abstract art. Since establishing her full-time practice in 2017, she has dedicated herself to creating evocative works that explore the harmony between nature, traditions, culture, humor situations, womanhood, self-experiences and intricate geometric patterns. Her artistic voice is deeply informed by her practice as a yoga enthusiast, manifesting in compositions that balance vibrant energy with a profound sense of "Joie de Vivre"—the joy of living. Benny enhanced her technical mastery through formal classroom training at the prestigious Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, alongside numerous specialized workshops and courses. She works mainly with acrylic medium and occasionally uses coconut shells, walnut shells, resin etc to give a 3d textured effect to the paintings. Through her studio, BJollyCreations, Benny translates complex themes of mental wellness and balanced living onto the canvas. Her canvas is her voice! With every brushstroke, she weaves a narrative that touches hearts, sparks minds and inspires souls. While painting she experiences calmness, peace and happiness which is reflected in her works including the colours she uses, and she wants people to experience the same when they see her artworks. Her portfolio has been showcased in several of India’s most respected galleries and art festivals, including: • Sublime Galleria, UB City, Bangalore & Hyderabad (Solo Exhibition, April 2024) • Karnataka Chitrakala Parishath, Indian Institute of World Culture Gallery (IIWC), Swasti Contemporary Art Gallery & Shades Creative Gallery. • India Art Festival in Bangalore & Chitra Santhe While her early professional chapters were rooted in the disciplined world of finance, Benny’s transition in 2017 marked the beginning of a prolific era of creation. Today, she brings that same professional rigor to the art world, specializing in bespoke commissions and curated works that celebrate womanhood, nature, and holistic wellness. Her original artworks are owned and adorned by a diverse range of local and global customers, reflecting a creative vision that resonates across borders.
