My Motivation

My art works deals with the mundane ideas of humane mind and its responses – having no exact purpose to extract meanings or to be precise random thoughts captured. Fantasies construct to delight eyes for a moment or a few. This transposition of thoughts into art is something which excites me to creatively venturing in the various experiments in ceramics. Since the starting of my practice in understanding ceramic medium; it is pulsating till the end in experiment and explore. Its limitations and possibilities both have sets challenges in executing the works I imagine. Observations made from pleasing aesthetics of natural world, intimidating situation in human relation all of them becomes part of work process reflecting in abstract and figural forms. I enjoy the philosophical thoughts in visual medium, observing it through imagination and reality; portraying forms in malleable clay and transforming it through a process.
