The work shows lizards as a metaphor of some of my apprehensions and memories of a time. The tiled floor comes from a space and so I paint the lizards the same way to show how we are illusioned at some phases in our lives. I used thick paints and brush techniques to recreate the surface and floor’s visual texture.
