Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.

Surbhi Soni is a professional Indian painter, a designer and an art instructor working with acrylics on canvas and pigments on textiles. Painting is her passion. Being a major in Botany she has derived great inspiration from her garden. My art presents a direct link to planetary energy merging ancient roots with contemporary style. Her paintings have won many awards and accolades and found collectors across India and abroad. Her works can be seen adorning the walls of many prominent Indian buildings like High court, Delhi. Taj Hotel, Delhi. ITC Rajputana and Fortis Hospital etc and many individual abodes. She has held many solo shows and participated in several group shows in India and abroad. She has also participated in Art symposiums across globe. As a textile artist she seems to be treating every garment as a canvas, painting joy and happiness on them. Her painted outfits have a constant conversation with flowers. They seem to smile at you and give you happiness. Many celebrities and dignitaries, across public service and the film industry, can be seen sporting her painted wearables. She gives skill training in Art to all age groups along with preparing students for architecture and design colleges like NID, NIFT, IIT etc in India and abroad and gives vocational training at her fine art studio, Studio Art Praana. Love gardening, love growing flowers and love to capture them on my canvas. So I grow my dreams and then paint my dream. I like semi abstract style and vibrant yet soothing pleasing colours. As flowers smile at me and give me happiness I like to spread happiness and joy through my work. I say with flowers what I feel inside. I am one happy painter who celebrates colours. You exist in everything and the universe exists in you. My silent presence is more powerful than a million empty words. Their very existence spreads joy and one can say anything with flowers. Speaking every emotion in all languages. It's a very powerful tool of communication. So grateful for living my dream as an artist. Grateful for all the opportunities and appreciation.
