Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.

Biodata & Biography Artist Sunil Bambal (b.1979) BIOGRAPHY Sunil Bambal is a Landscape based painter. He was born in 1979 in Chikhli, District- Buldana, Maharashtra. He Completed several Diploma in Art , including a G.D.Art Drawing & Painting at Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya, Pune ,where achieved a First Class with Distinction 5th Order of Merit in Maharastra. He went on to receive an a Art Teacher diploma from the Yashwant Kala Mahavidyalaya, Aurangabad And 2008 received a Diploma in Art Education from Sir J J School Of Art, Mumbai. His art carrier started in art point gallery in 2005. Initially, Owner of art point gallery Mrs. Doshi madam gave me the opportunity to sells some paintings from there and in fact entered Indian art Market. Sunil bambal has come from a very poor family , his parents were doing the wages. From this , there is a small amount of money coming from the home and the rest of the college is educated on the money earned. He Continued working in hometown leaving Mumbai due ti Financial reasons having struggle living in Mumbai for four years and still working continuing till today. Sunil thanks to the internet because if he was not available in his hometown , the same carrier would have been absent. He work is landscape based composition painting, combination is landscape & portrait,he achieves this cryptically executed work of Art. Drawing from the mood and structure of villages and urbans surrounding his native place Chikhli, Maharashtra. He has constructed the faces of man and women-you’ll find them if you took a second look – implying that they are basic building blocks of a community. mesmerizingly colorful paintings, executed in acrylic and water color & mix media , depict the vibrancy and vividness of the Indian landscape. He manages to incorporate detail without having to make his paintings overly inteicate, and use of color allows him to blend images and shapes together, creating a wondrous balance between reality and imagination. Sunil’s paintings include spirituality, mother and child , couples , nature , trees, some of the events of the Mahabharta. He has presented his creative mind with the use of a semi abstract in his method. Some painting are in reference to globle warming. There are big buildings of concrete broken down and there is a big loss of nature. Related of banyan tree are also some paintings following man and woman subject to this subject. Sunil Bambal has set up a group and solo exhibitions thoughout India, exhibitions are displayed in different galleries in India’s metro cities. Smallest article in Readers Digest,which lighting on my art carrier , came in May 2012. The biggest moment of my carrier till now, his Three painting auction took place in Boston, United States. There were 8 painting in this auction, which were painted in different ways, and there were also some serigraphs from Picaso. The auction was organized by the American India Foundation on November 3,2012. In this auction my painting Titled “concrete jungle” was sold for two and half lakh. Sunil’s painting are based mainly landscapes paint water colour landscape, and creative paintings. He made also paper collage on canvas. Sunil’s painting has been bought in many countries art lover through various exhibitions and online. such as Switzerland, France, Germany, Florida, California, New York, Boston, Canada, South Africa, Japan, Dubai, Massachusetts, other Countries and all over india.
