Varanasi Ghat 2
International Shipping at nominal charges. Shipped Rolled.
The Varanasi Ghats hold a very sentimental emotion and is a sacred heritage of India. Through my paintings, I try and bring out the essence of the sacred Ghats. With every wash and splash of hue on my canvas I aim to portray the auspicious atmosphere of Varanasi.

Soumen Saha
Soumen Saha lives and works in West Bengal. A mixture of sharp and blurred outlines, almost invisible brushstrokes and strong shadows and highlights give form to Soumen Saha's nature landscapes. The colours blend together on the canvas in almost hypnotic patterns, forming sand clouds, water or sky wherever it is needed . Soumen believes that life without rhythm and flow, colour and theme is meaningless. His quest is to delve into this eternal rhythm and find meanings that give clarity to shapes and form. In that lucid moment he captures this music on canvas. He is inspired by various forms of traditional and ancient Indian art. Soumen has done his Bachelor of Visual Arts (B.V.A) from Rabindra Bharati University in Kolkata, West Bengal. He has participated in many national and International shows and won awards. His paintings have found their place in several private collections in India and abroad.
