Lying down on the grass while dreaming of flying like a bird, a colourful pinwheel swirling with merry abandon, a kite that is as limitless as the possibilities of childhood, balloons, paper boats, candy, hats, and music – one look and the viewer is mesmerised and wears a smile.

The languid, fluid and slightly exaggerated and playful imagery of childhood is painted in the artist’s unique style of using acrylic colours in a water colour style. He likens his paintings to a mirror of his childhood and captures the spirit of a special stage of life through the child featured in his works, one he has endearingly named “Puppy”.
