The women here moved with a hurried grace, trench coats buttoned tight, heels clicking a frantic tempo against the stone. The chaos was quiet, tucked under the brims of hats and the architecture of a thousand years

Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.

Ria is an accomplished contemporary artist currently based in India, carving out a distinctive space in the global art market. Her unique artistic approach is rooted in a deeply personal philosophy: to create art that acts as a source of emotional connection, inspiration, and upliftment for the viewer. Ria’s journey is as compelling as her art. A self-taught talent, she made a courageous pivot in 2015/2016, leaving a successful, high-paying career as a CIPD-certified HR professional to dedicate herself to art full-time.This decision was the culmination of a life-changing event, & a lifelong commitment, symbolized by the two paintbrushes and a pencil she instinctively carried for comfort for over twenty years, hoping that one day she would take the leap of faith. She works with oil and acrylics using a signature style she calls Chromatic Segmentation. Instead of blending paint on the canvas, it has deliberate, non-blended brushstrokes and vibrant hues to build form through layers. This creates a constant tension between motion and stillness—a style that sits comfortably between impressionistic realism and atmospheric impressionism. It isn't quite realism, but it isn't abstract enough to lose the subject. This technique allows the paintings to hold a "shivering" energy, where light and weather become more important than literal details. Central to her work is the pairing of each painting with an original poem. By interweaving visual and verbal languages, It invites the viewer to not only see the work but to read, feel, and listen. This creates a layered, multi-sensory encounter that moves beyond the surface of the canvas, opening up pathways for deeper personal reflection. Ria is also deeply committed to sustainability, thoughtfully choosing eco-friendly materials and processes that respect both the environment and the integrity of her practice. Her conscious approach reflects her belief that art should honor not only human experience but also the natural world.
