All in days work series (Set of 08)

My favorite painting series over the past 12 years has been the 'All in Days Work' series, which brings me happiness as I depict the daily activities of ordinary people from various parts of India and the world. These individuals, hailing from diverse cultures, locations, culinary preferences, attire, and climates, serve as the focal point of my artistic inspiration. While they may not hold a prominent place in society, I am more drawn to portraying them than showcasing the lifestyle of urban, corporate individuals. Growing up in a village in Odisha and spending time in metropolitan cities like Delhi has exposed me to both rural and city life, influencing my artwork. Through my paintings, I aim to tell the stories of common people and their place in our society. I am excited to share a glimpse of my ongoing work, created using different types of ink on paper.
