It's one of the landscapes from my series Memoirs. I travel and paint on the spot and then come back in the studio to make more studies and finally work towards achieving the real study of colour and light . It's from my hometown Kolhapur. That summer the water level had gone beyond the normal level and one could see the shivlinga appear on the surface which usually is submerged under water
