Shipping and Packing.
Seller shall pack the piece(s) of Art where it will be picked up by the Shippers of theformart.com. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, in promotion periods. We may compliment the shipping charges and theformart.com will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment which is the responsibility of the seller. theformart.com shall not participate in the packing and shipping process, and in no event shall theformart.com be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. Artwork must be shipped within the deadline of ten days set by theformart.com. If at the end of the ten day period the artwork has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and refunded to the customer. If an order can not be delivered to the address provided by the customer and the artwork is returned to the seller the order will be treated as a return and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.
Return Process.
If a buyer elects to return a piece of Art, the buyer must write to Form.com with the photographs of the damage and an email specifying the damage. We shall debit seller for the Purchase Fees less any insurance, packing, freight and transport fees associated with buyer's purchase. Reimbursement shall be made by issuing a credit card refund if payment to theformart.com was made by credit card or by check if payment was made by check. Insurance, packing and shipping fees associated with the return of the returned piece of Art shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer, and theformart.com shall have no obligation to reimburse the buyer for such amounts.

Meditating Buddha forms the central theme of my artistic practice. Through my paintings, I attempt to capture the profound moment of enlightenment—the sacred instant when Buddha becomes one with the Divine and attains ultimate realization. This awakening is symbolically expressed through the light of divine truth radiating from his forehead, representing wisdom, inner illumination, and spiritual transcendence. My work is entirely freehand and deeply imaginative. Every painting begins as a vision within my mind long before it appears on canvas. I first visualize the composition, mood, and spiritual energy of the work internally, and then allow the painting to unfold intuitively in oils as well as in Acrylics . The actual creation takes place in my thoughts before it gradually takes form on canvas. I have been professionally engaged in art for the past eighteen years. I live and work in Mumbai and have participated in numerous exhibitions and art shows across India as well as internationally. My artistic journey has been shaped through constant devotion, practice, and an inner calling toward creative expression. For me, art is much more than a creative pursuit—it is akin to worship and a path toward self-realization. Painting the serene and meditative face of Buddha brings me deep peace and spiritual fulfillment. During my childhood, I had the opportunity to travel widely across regions such as Sikkim, Bhutan, Nepal, Darjeeling, Dharamshala, and Dehradun, where I visited several Buddhist monasteries and interacted with Buddhist communities. These experiences enriched my understanding of Buddhist philosophy and deeply influenced my artistic vision. When the Ram Mandir was inaugurated, I was honored to be invited to participate in a special art workshop in Ayodhya organized by a Mumbai-based gallery. In my paintings, the meditating Buddha is not merely a statue but a living presence—an embodiment of serenity, compassion, and divine wisdom. Madhumita Bhattacharya Artist
