My artworks are a mirror image of the people, culture, thoughts, and dreams. Nature, time, space and socio-political issues, are the main components of my work. A certain epiphany in my life or the lives of the people around me, were a strong influence in the imagery. Being from Northeast India, lived among the natural surroundings with abundant flora and fauna were deeply infused in the depiction of my works. Through the act of painting objects and juxtaposition of elements, I try to dwell with the questions, answers, dreams, memories, directions, and possibilities. We created a drama in Nature, which has already occupied a major space. We should know- ‘To which extent we can go with it?’
