Sachin Tonape

I used to do a lot of landscapes from staring of my artist career which began in Sir J. J. School of Arts Mumbai. At the starting of my career used to painting each and every detail from amateur to artist representation. I painted landscape with so many other media, surface and objects (focusing point). Now if must talk about this particular landscape painting, I have painted a taxi (Kalipili). This landscape from my Mumbai series where I have painted other mode transport like Local train, old Bombay tram, Victoria Horse cart, taxi, best bus, etc. In this work, my focus point is the taxi, watercolour on paper. I saw the nice reflection, shadow, and light on taxi which fascinate the most and I tried to paint the same in my painting.
