Love

I paint emotion, but come through Realism to do it. For me, Realism is only a stepping stone into something deeper. I tend to find beauty in the mundane especially the people and places I come across in life. While painting this work, all the while I was thinking of the following great poem by Rumi. " Out beyond the ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesn't make any sense."
