Detachment

This work draws from the myth of rebirth and reincarnation which exists in hindu mythology where it is believed that a crow is a symbol of the dead human and serves as a sign of that person's soul passing on to the next realm. In many other cultures a crow is also considered as a bad omen. I have tried to visually recreate this narrative. To me a crow is a being capable of traveling through different dimensions as a messenger.
